The Microwear W34 is a demanding smart watch with a large and full touchscreen, not just a single point of contact. In addition to measuring your heart rate, it displays messages, calls, and even lets you make bluetooth calls and listen to music. Currently it costs only $34.
It is a rather demanding smart watch packed in an aluminum case, which can be black, black strap and silver / white with white strap (which can be replaced). Despite its large display, it does not look great on a thinner wrist. There is a physical button.
Not only does it display the incoming call, but the whole call can be made via the bluetooth, so it has a built-in microphone and speaker. Moreover, a call can be started directly from the clock.
If you already have a loudspeaker, you give yourself the chance to listen to music (or anything else) via bluetooth. And indeed, this is an option.
It has a larger, large 1.54 inch color IPS display (240 x 240 pixels resolution), which is a full-touch touchscreen. Of course, you can choose from a variety of lessons (homepages).
With no real operating system like Android Wear, the firmware is responsible for its operation. It also includes a mobile application (Android, iOS) that allows you to configure and use it more efficiently. Some features can be used without any extra tools such as the pedometer. The collected data can then be synchronized with the mobile phone and tablet later.

The instructions are not good. I can’t change language to English. I have iPhone with 4g and instructions say I need 3g an 4g for all functions to work the first charge was 7hr wasn’t long enough time for me to figure out how to use it. This is my 3rd smart watch an they were a breeze to set up
I had the same problem, mine was in French. I'm not computer literate but when I connected by bluetooth it automatically changed to my mobile setting ie English. The packaged instruction manual is crap but google W34 Smart Watch User Manual, this may help.
i Would like to know if the Watch hooks up to my Dexcom Glucose Monitor
