Doogee S68 Pro IP68/IP69K rugged phone with triple camera and wireless charging

The first modular rugged-phone was the Doogee S90 and will soon be followed by the Doogee S90 Pro. Both smartphones have been appreciated by users and experts in the field, for the excellent value for money and (additional) features offered by the modules, so the Chinese company has decided to release a third model that will certainly not go unnoticed. It will be called Doogee S68 Pro and, for the moment, we know its design and main technical specifications.

Doogee has already confirmed that the terminal will be equipped with a MediaTek Helio P70 processor, 6GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB UFS 2.0, 5.9-inch Full HD+ IPS display (2280 x 1080 pixels) and a large 6300 mAh battery with 12V/2A fast charging (30 minutes from 0 to 55%). Doogee S68 Pro will also support 10W wireless charging and you can use your smartphone to wirelessly charge (5W) other devices, such as iPhone, headphones, smartwatch and so on. It is IP68 and MIL-STD-810G (IP69K) certified.

The photo compartment will feature a triple camera on the back, consisting of a 21MP Sony sensor plus two other 8MP 130° wide-angle cameras, and a 16MP camera (80° viewing angle) on the back that will also support facial recognition. There will also be a fingerprint sensor and 4G/LTE connectivity. All four satellite navigation systems available will be integrated: GPS, Beidou, Glonass, Galileo.

Of all the “armoured” smartphones available on the market, Doogee S68 Pro is the one with higher specifications because the manufacturer prefers to focus on practical/technical functions and autonomy, rather than following the trends of the moment to build thinner and lighter frames.
