DIATONE GTR249T- HD 115mm 2.5inch 3-4S FPV RC Drone

The Diatone brand regularly offers new models from its GT R range. For example, there was the GT R369 SX, a very impressive 3-inch 6S nano racer (see the test here). This newcomer does not shine with unusual components and features, but with a nice look. Based on a deadcat frame, it measures 11.5 cm diagonal from motor to motor. Its central fairing does not go unnoticed: it is covered by electroplating – plating by electroplating.

The engines are 1105 to 5500KV brushless motors for 3 inch three-bladed propellers, powered by an ESC Mamba 25A DShot600. The flight controller is a Mamba F405 Mini MK2, flashed with Betaflight. The camera is a Caddx Turtle V2, a hybrid model that provides real-time video feedback for driving, and recording in 1080P at 60 fps on a memory card, simultaneously. It is associated with a 5.8 GHz Unify video transmitter from TBS, capable of transmitting from 25 mW (the maximum allowed in France) to 800 mW, with a dipole antenna.

A radio receiver and a battery have yet to be added. Diatone recommends a Lipo 3S from 650 to 750 mAh, with an XT30 connector. The price? The GT R249T-HD will be offered at $199.99 at Banggood store.
