Redmi Note 10? Xiaomi’s new 5G phone: supports 33W fast charging

Reports indicate that the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max have been unveiled overseas, with models M2003J6A1I and M2003J6B1I respectively, meaning that the two new Xiaomi 5G models mentioned above are new series models.

As Redmi’s new 1,000 Yuan model will be named Redmi 10X instead of Redmi 9X, it’s possible that the two new models will be Redmi Note 10 series, which means that the China version will “skip” the Redmi Note 9 series.

In the history of the Redmi Note series, the National Edition has also “skipped” the Redmi Note 6 series and introduced the Redmi Note 7 series, while Redmi Note 6 and Redmi Note 6 Pro models are available in overseas markets.

So Redmi is likely to launch the Redmi Note 10 series directly in China, along with the previous Redmi Note 8 series, the Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro.

Lu Weibing, president of Xiaomi Group China and general manager of Redmi brand, previously hinted that Redmi is going to use MediaTek Dimensity 800 processor, a dual-mode 5G SOC that supports SA and NSA.

Sources say the Redmi Note 10 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800, while the Redmi Note 10 Pro is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800+, and the main frequency speed of the big core is increased to 2.6GHz compared to Dimensity 800.

It’s worth noting that previous internal mobile documents revealed that Xiaomi will have a new 1599 yuan 5G phone in June, so it should be this time the 3C certified Redmi Note 10, which could be the lowest priced dual mode 5G phone.
