Here is the successor to the Demon 95mm, released at the end of 2018. The test, in its T-Motor Falcon 15 version, showed a device of very good quality. The look of the Demon 105mm is similar: the device rests on a carbon X structure with a diagonal of 10.5 cm, on which is placed a central fairing that looks a bit like a ghost of Pac-Man. The motors are 1106 to 6000KV driven by an ESC 4 in 1 of 25A BLheli_S for three-bladed 2540 or four-bladed 2036 Gemfan propellers. The flight controller is a Transtec F411 flashed with Betaflight, with an active OSD.
The FPV camera is a Nano2 from RunCam, associated with a 5.8 GHz Rush Tiny Tank video transmitter, equipped with a dipole antenna connected to a u.FL connector. It is compatible SmartAudio to make the settings from the radio control via the OSD, and capable of transmitting on 48 channels with a power adjustable to 0 mW (pitmode), 25 mW (the maximum authorized in France), 100 mW, 200 mW or 350 mW. The device is equipped with 8 LEDs programmable via Betaflight. To take off, add a radio receiver and a battery. Transtec recommends a Lipo 2S or 3S without indication of the capacity – we can assume that the 450 to 650 mAh models will be suitable.
