A new smartwatch arrives from China to conquer our dolls with style and a good number of sensors: say hello to the new Huami Amazfit Sports Watch 2. Xiaomi sneaks into every possible product segment, from mobiles to backpacks or sneakers. She does not do it directly, but uses other specialised companies with which she collaborates at different levels. Investment, brand change… Or empowerment, as in the case of Huami. How to sell the best wearables? By partnering with a company like Xiaomi while taking advantage to create authentic tech jewels, like the new Amazfit 2.

We knew that the Huami Amazfit was going to be renewed because there were already rumors about it, so the launch of the new watch has not taken us by surprise. The design does: now it is much sportier without overlooking the class and style of its elegant dial and strap. Stainless steel case, three control buttons… And a huge amount of technology enclosed under a round sphere.

The Huami Amazfit 2 promises to become the reference sport smartwatch. The first version was already available, especially for the price and its autonomy: for a cost of around 100 euros, it is possible to tie the wrist to a sports wearable that, apart from measuring exercise, also offers all the notifications of the smartphone.

This newly introduced smartwatch leaves nothing behind. It’s elegant, it features a design halfway between sport and classic style, it offers a battery that lasts over 5 days, includes GPS to measure workouts, holds underwater so that it can also be used with swimming… And it doesn’t lack a good price tag, as you can imagine by the brand and by being Xiaomi in the rear.

This Huami Amazfit 2 is not bad looking, it will be a good purchase as soon as it is available in the usual shops. At the moment the language for your menus will be Chinese, but you will soon have English at your disposal. It is compatible with Android and iOS smartphones thanks to its Amazfit application.
