Huami AMAZFIT Verge Lite Smartwatch

Xiaomi has launched a new smart watch under the Amazfit brand. They became a more affordable version of the Verge model. Their name is Amazfit Verge Lite. As in the case of the basic version of the accessory, the production will be undertaken by the company Huami.

Externally, the novelty is similar to the first model, but there are some cosmetic changes in the design of the case. The display remains the same – 1.3-inch AMOLED-panel with a diameter of 43 mm, a resolution of 360 × 360 pixels and glass Gorilla Glass 3 on top.

According to the manufacturer, the screen has a new oleophobic layer that prevents fingerprints and other traces from appearing on the glass. The strap of the watch is replaceable. The original silicone strap is made of silicone, but can be replaced with any other one if desired.

Amazfit Verge Lite supports all the basic functions of physical activity and sleep phase monitoring, as well as heart rate monitoring. Various training modes are available for sports, including jogging through the built-in GPS module.

Among other things, it is worth noting the continued support of notifications from the smartphone and more extensive possibilities of customization of the interface. However, the new watch has a longer autonomy – up to 20 days in normal mode and up to 40 hours with constant GPS operation.
